Our commitment to customer satisfaction
#1. General Terms
At Stable App Solutions, we strive to provide world-class software development services. We value the trust you place in us and aim to ensure complete satisfaction with our deliverables. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted.
We act as a professional service provider. Due to the nature of digital products and custom software development, refunds are generally not provided for work that has already been completed and approved. However, we assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness.
The primary currency for all transactions is Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). USD payments are accepted and will be converted at the prevailing market rate.
#2. Service-Based Refunds
- Retainers & Consulting: Refund requests for unused retainer hours must be made within 30 days of payment. Used hours are non-refundable.
- Milestone-Based Projects: Payments made for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled mid-milestone, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work not yet completed, at our sole discretion.
- MVP Development: As Minimum Viable Products are custom-built to specific requirements, refunds are not available once development has commenced, except in cases where we fail to deliver the agreed scope.
#3. Payment Methods
We accept payments via Sri Lankan Internet Payment Gateways (IPG) and direct Bank Transfers. While our primary currency is LKR, we can accept USD payments where appropriate. Please note that we do notaccept payments through PayPal or Stripe . All refund transactions will be processed using the original method of payment or via Bank Transfer where applicable.
#4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Domain name registrations and renewals.
- Third-party software licenses or API costs purchased on your behalf.
- Server hosting fees and other infrastructure costs incurred.
- Completed and accepted deliverables.
#5. Requesting a Refund

#6. Changes to This Policy
Stable App Solutions reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website.
